Associate package (cap, gown & tassel) - $45
Bachelor’s package (cap, gown, tassel & stole of gratitude) - $65

If you already purchased your cap and gown for a ceremony you didn't attend, you may wear it to a future ceremony. If you are participating in virtual commencement, then we encourage you to wear it for a photo that you can upload to your registration, which will be shown during virtual commencement. If you’d like to return your cap and gown, please contact Jostens directly at 1-800-854-7464. Full refunds will be given for unopened packages.
ORDERING CAPS AND GOWNS AFTER THE DEADLINES
If you do not order your cap and gown online by the deadline noted, you can still order online by choosing the "Student Not Attending" option. Please be advised that Jostens requires a 5-week lead time for shipping. For in-person ceremonies, you also have the option to purchase the day of the ceremony in the graduate area when doors open. Late fees will be incurred.

HONOR MEDALLIONS AT COMMENCEMENT
All degree candidates who have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or greater are eligible to receive and wear a complimentary Strayer University honor medallion at the commencement ceremony. Honor medallions are NOT available online. For in-person commencement ceremonies, honor medallions are ONLY available at the ceremony and can be obtained in the graduate area. For virtual commencement ceremonies, honor medallions will be mailed to eligible degree candidates to the home address included on their registration.
HONOR SCHOLAR CORDS AT COMMENCEMENT
Associate and bachelor’s candidates who are honors scholars within the honors program (see eligibility requirements) are eligible to receive and wear a complimentary honors scholar cord at the commencement ceremony - coursework must be completed to be eligible. For in-person commencement ceremonies, honors scholar cords are ONLY available at the commencement ceremony and can be obtained in the graduate area. Your eligibility will be noted on the name card you receive in the mail prior to the ceremony. For virtual commencement ceremonies, eligible degree candidates will receive an honors scholar cord to the home address included on their registration.
HONOR SOCIETY ITEMS
Honor society members are encouraged to wear their respective honor society’s cords, medallions, or stoles at commencement. Purchasing information can be found in each link under the Awards & Honors section. , so please make sure to purchase in advance.
MILITARY STOLES & CORDS
To honor and celebrate your service to our country, a patriotic stole and spirit cords are available in the graduate area the day of the commencement ceremony, or available online. The stole and cords are complimentary and should be worn over your gown.
